Using Loop

What is Loop?

Loop is a new app which has replaced Employee Online. Loop allows you to -

  • Access your roster from anywhere
  • Book annual leave and Bank Holiday Leave
  • View and book available bank duties
  • Request duties (for those who self-roster)

How do I get Loop?

Please follow the simple steps below:

1. Search for ‘Allocate Loop’ in your app store and download it.

2. Create a Loop Account.

• Use your personal contact details to create your Loop Account.

• This is what you will use for logging in the future and in case you forget your Loop password.

3. Once logged in, connect to your organisation using your EmployeeOnline ID and password. If you are not sure on your Employee Online login details, please contact the Healthroster team at Healthroster.Emails@mpft.nhs.uk

• This then connects you to your organisation and colleagues.

• You only have to connect to your organisation once.

I’ve forgotten my Loop Account password that I set up. How do I reset it?

When you hit sign in and can’t remember your password, click the ‘Don’t Remember Your Password’.

You can then set reset your password via your personal email or phone number
