The Healthroster system is used to gather Time and Attendance (T&A) data, as well as automatically rostering some staff and providing a tool to manage Bank Staff. The data collected in Healthroster is extracted and then transferred into ESR (our workforce and payroll system) for payment.

 

 

The Healthroster System is divided into the following separate areas:

Healthroster - Manager Used to collect time and attendance data for all staff (we used to use a nominal roll to collect this data).

Where staff book annual leave.
Rostered staff can see their future rostered shifts.

Bank Staff

Used to book temporary staff into vacant shifts
