The National Patient Safety Agency publishes safety alerts and notices to highlight risks attributable to specific drugs and formulations. The following list details those drugs and formulations that are pertinent to clinical practice in the Trust (albeit that some are rarely used) and electronically links to the guidance that should be followed to mitigate against the risks.
