A group of people exercisingThe Parkinson's Programme is a therapy led team that specialises in therapeutic assessment and intervention to patients diagnosed with Parkinson's or Parkinson's Plus conditions, within Stone-on-Trent and North Staffordshire. The team aims to maximise independence and enable patients to manage their health condition.

How do you access us?

Patients must have a formal diagnosis of Parkinson's and be 18 years or above. Referrals will be accepted from any health or social care professional.
