teacher training flyerWe recommend that all school staff attend a refresher session every 12 months in case of any changes in guidance and to ensure that all staff feel confident when  dealing with children and young people in school with these conditions.

Our individual sessions run for about 45 minutes and course objectives include:

  • To have an increased awareness of Asthma, Anaphylaxis and Epilepsy
  • To provide an overview of the care for a child with Asthma in school, identify an asthma attack and treat safely in line with statutory guidance
  • To have a greater awareness of how staff can support pupils at school with medical conditions such as Anaphylaxis and Epilepsy.

Unfortunately we can no longer offer any whole school training sessions.

All training sessions will be delivered virtually via Microsoft Teams on the dates and times listed in the accordion below.
