Children and Families Single Point of Access (CaFSPA)

The Schools Training Team delivers virtual awareness sessions to Non Profit Organisations as part of the Families' Health and Wellbeing Service (0-19).

  • Asthma
  • Anaphylaxis
  • Epilepsy

Each topic is delivered individually in hourly sessions; the sessions aim to:

  • Increase awareness of the topic covered
  • Provide an overview of the needs required for a child in your environment with these medical conditions. 
  • Raise awareness of how you can effectively support those with the medical conditions

These sessions are for voluntary staff within Staffordshire only, if you are school staff please use the follow the links to the relevant pages: 

December bookings are made from our Eventbrite page on a first come, first served basis.  Sessions are delivered over Microsoft Teams. Please note:

  • Attendees will be required to register individually through Eventbrite to receive the joining link
  • Attendees must join the Microsoft Teams session individually to ensure attendance is verified (even if sharing a screen)

A member of the team will send out the joining link on the morning of the session. We do this using the email address inputted into Eventbrite, therefore please ensure this information is correct before submitting.

Bookings are made from our MS Teams event page:

  • Attendees will be required to register individually to receive the joining link which will be sent shortly after registration and you will also get a reminder on the day of the event – the session event should appear in your outlook calendar
  • Please join the meeting 5-10 minutes before the session start time by clicking on the joining link sent via e-mail – late attendees will not be admitted
