In this course we will share our enjoyment of reading, learn about the impact of reading on our wellbeing, and build our confidence when checking the quality of health information. You’ll also learn how to use mindful reading as a tool to support your wellbeing. This course is suitable for everyone, whether you read all the time or just want to explore another way to support your health and wellbeing
