Event description
Venue: Shropshire Wildlife Trust, Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury
This 6-week course focuses on the benefits that exercise can have on boosting low mood. Together, we will explore the impact that low mood can have on us and consider various self-help strategies that we can put in place. Each of the weekly sessions will also incorporate some light to moderate physical activity (dependent on student ability) with the aim of establishing a healthy habit of exercise into your routine. Each weekly session will end with the opportunity to enjoy a ‘Cuppa and Connect’ with trainers and fellow students.
