“We are thrilled to be a part of National Apprenticeship Week,” said Caroline Green, Workforce Information Lead. “Apprenticeships are a fantastic way to develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a chosen career. At MPFT, we believe in investing in our workforce and apprenticeships are a key part of that investment.”
The Trust’s apprentices have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in their chosen field while earning a salary. They also receive support from experienced mentors and have access to the Trust’s extensive training and development programs.
Eve, a Student Social Worker who on completion of her degree hopes to work in the Mental Health Social Care team said: “When I was in school, I always had a passion for supporting people and I was keen to find employment where I would thrive and achieve my goals. I firstly started on a Level 3 apprenticeship and after successful completion of this, was afforded the opportunity to complete my Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship.”
