Birdwatching can be a truly mindful practice when we are actively looking for and listening to birds. Our wild birds are not only beautiful to see but a great way to improve mental and physical wellbeing. This course will introduce you to the beauty of birdwatching and build awareness of how this can be used to practice mindfulness and improve overall wellbeing.
