  • How to use a mobile phone - Text, calls, settings
  • Installing WhatsApp
  • Setting up eMail Addresses, How to send/reply to an email/add an attachment.
  • Microsoft Skills
  • Websites that provide resident with local hobbies, shopping and translation services
  • Applying for a passport Online

Our Digital Support Drop-in sessions are free to the community at locations listed in the following table:

Rising Brook Library, Stafford Every Friday 10:00am until 12:00pm
Heath Hayes Library, Cannock Every Friday 13:30pm until 15:30pm

Bob at the Library Session

Bob has come to nearly event Library drop-in session to enable him to use his new tablet device.

Bob's Feedback from the sessions:

Over 55's mixers group in stafford

We have attended many over 55's mixers groups in staff to support Cyber Security and keeping people safe online.

Bob and Orla

This is Bob and Orla at our Digital Support drop-in sessions at Rising Brook Library. As you can see this is a warm welcoming environment with no judgement given. We support each other and have a friendly chat over a cup of tea and a biscuit.

House of Bread

We give Digital Support to those at the House of Bread. These are rewarding and very well recieved support sessions.

We are the Digital Angels and we support both staff, service users and the community with Digital Skills.
