Risks

To improve how we identify, define and manage our Digital Risks, we have made better use of our Trust Risk Register to identify not only those risks we identified and raised ourselves, but also those raised by staff across the Trust. Having this improved visibility and through the use of dashboards, we’re better able to offer support to those who raise risks, as well as tracking our activity on the risk mitigation that is carried out.

People Plan

Our progress with our People Plan has been shared outside of Digital with our colleagues within Finance who are launching their very own People Plan. This was well received and has already promoted further conservations between our departments about how we can better support our staff to grow and prosper. Some of our highlights include our Induction Pack, Career Planning, Exit Interviews, and training opportunities.

Audit

As with the improvements we’ve made with our approach to risk management within Digital, we are improving how we monitor our audit actions. A dashboard is used to provide a quick overview of the Digital Audit Actions and we’re able to ensure that these are actioned and closed off.
