Welcome to the August and September edition of the DCF Programme Update! In this issue, we’ll walk you through our recent work and highlight what’s on the horizon. 

August saw the launch of several exciting projects, including RiO Flow, and live testing is now underway for the RiO ICE Click Through, which will connect users to UHNM’s ICE system from within the RiO Clinical System. Additionally, we introduced the Access Patient Flow Manager module to the Trust’s RiO system. The Safeguard Click Through, which allows users to log and view incidents within the system, went live on August 14th. Be sure to check out our new news bulletin section for even more updates!

Notable projects include the Safeguard Click Through, which went live in August, providing streamlined access to incident reporting within the RiO Clinical System. Additional updates include the commencement of live testing for the RiO ICE Click Through, set to improve access to UHNM’s ICE system, and the launch of RiO Flow in August.

Other important projects making progress are Patients Know Best (PKB) Phase 2, Censeo Psyomics Phase 2, Virtual Assistant Phase 2, RiO Convergence Pilot, Hybrid Mail, Role-Based Access Control (B-Codes), Referral Portal Phase 2, and the Ulysses Click Through.
