We are Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin NHS Talking Therapies Service. We're here to help people with common mental health problems, such as anxiety and depression.

We offer a range of courses, both online and in person, to help with improving wellbeing and reducing symptoms of low mood and anxiety. All of our courses are run by trained and qualified practitioners; visit Our Courses for more details. We also offer an online cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) course where you can learn therapy skills at your own pace guided by a trained supporter; visit Digital Therapy to find out more.

For some people one-to-one therapy may be more appropriate, so please discuss this with the assessing therapist.

Each of our therapy offers are evidence-based and aligned to National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guidance. You would be offered the most appropriate intervention based on NICE guidelines.

To access our service you need to be aged 16 or over and registered with a Shropshire or Telford and Wrekin GP.

If you are under 16 years old, please contact BeeU for support. People who are 16 and 17 are welcome to use our service, but we will ask for contact information for your parent or guardian, in case we have any concerns about your safety.
